I did it...

I did it..I sang in front of people...and with a microphone. Greg Ellis led worship at the Millinea(is that how you spell it?) church last week. The youth had a sleepover at Joey and Adianis' house..so we were the band and back-up singers. I was so nervous...but not as nervous as I thought I would be. I know it wasn't the best singing in the world...we didn't have a monitor..so I couldn't exactly hear myself:) This has been such an area of fear in my life and I am glad to see it finally be broken!! The last time I sang in front of people was like 6 years ago...crazy huh:) I just have to make sure that I don't wait another 6 years before I sing again!!

So, I thought I would post some Christmas pics.  The first one is of Callista opening one of her presents (she is a pro!).  The next one  is of her smiling at me when I was trying to wake her up Christmas morning.

The picture above on the left is of our trip to St. Augustine...we had a good time there.

The picture on the right is a product of getting stuff out of our neighbor's garbage.  Matthew couldn't believe that I wanted it...but he went and got it for me anyway :)  he is such a good husband:)  I couldn't believe that it had nice ornaments and lights on it.

The next picture  I took of Callista the week before Christmas.  I love having photo shoots with her:)

Overall, we had a nice Christmas.  I hope you all did as well!!  Also, have a happy New Year...I know this is a little late...but better late than never:)
